There may be something wrong on the page, but I am not sure. It say's that the Perks are powered by 115, but if that is the case, then you don't need the power on, because the perk a cola machine would have the element inside it, if whoever reads this understands what I mean. The power turns on, Electricity powers the map, Perks come on. It isn't 115, it is simple Electricity. (Ignore Shi No Numa, Nacht Der Untoten black ops version.) Well the drinks themselves are created with the assistance of element 115, but im pretty sure a soda dispensing machine needs electricity to function reguardless of what it contains (With the exceptions of Shi No Numa and Nacht Der Untoten) But i do see where your coming from, but in your perspective your saying the machines THEMSELVES are powered by it, which may be true and it is simply affecting the drinks they dispense, but im more in favor of the idea that the drinks are what is powered by the element.
